Romania, 1992. Tre anni dopo la caduta del regime di Ceausescu Miloud Oukili, clown di strada francese di origini algerine, giunge a Bucarest. Qui si trova di fronte a una realtà terribile. Centinaia di bambini dai tre ai sedici anni vivono nel sottosuolo della città, e sopravvivono grazie a furti, accattonaggio e prostituzione. Miloud ha un sogno: vincere la loro indifferenza a tutto. Ci riesce conquistandone la fiducia e trasformandoli in artisti di strada oggi noti in tutto il mondo.

Romania, 1992. Three years after the fall of the Ceausescu regime, Miloud Oukili, French street clown with Algerian origins, gets to Bucarest. Here, he finds himself in a terrible reality. Hundreds of children from three to sixteen years old live in the city underground, they survive thanks to theft, begging and prostitution. Miloud has a dream: win their indifference to everything and he conquering their trust, turning them into street artists who are now famous all over the world.
